40th ANNUAL

NORTHMONT FESTIVAL OF BANDS

Sponsored by the Northmont Band Boosters

September 2, 2006

Northmont High School Stadium                           Clayton, Ohio

The 2006 Festival of Bands will begin at 7:00 P.M.  This is a great opportunity to receive an early critique of your show, while giving your students the opportunity to perform in front of a very appreciative audience.  You will receive cassette tapes from the judges and a videotape of your band’s performance.  Final planning details including performance schedule, warm-up area assignments, etc. will be mailed to band directors approximately 1 week before the event.

 Judging

As always, the festival is a non-competitive event.  A judging panel from the Central States Judges Association will adjudicate the event.  This year’s panel also includes Richard Saucedo from Carmel, Indiana.  A critique session will be offered at the conclusion of the event.
