NORTHMONT FESTIVAL OF BANDS
The 2007 Festival of Bands will begin at 7:00 P.M. This is a great opportunity to receive an early critique of your show, while giving your students the opportunity to perform in front of a very appreciative audience. You will receive cassette tapes from the judges and a videotape of your band’s performance. Final planning details including performance schedule, warm-up area assignments, etc. will be mailed to band directors approximately 1 week before the event.
As always, the festival is a non-competitive event. A judging panel from the Central States Judges Association will adjudicate the event. A critique session will be offered at the conclusion of the event.
A $50 fee is due at the time of registration. The registration form may be downloaded from our website:

Registrations are due by August 6, 2007, but will be accepted up through August 24, 2007. We need your write-up about the band’s 2007 show by August 6 to be included in the program. There is a $50 entry fee due at registration.

Location
Northmont High School Stadium. To reach the stadium, take I-70 west from I-75 to the Hoke Road exit. Turn right onto Hoke Road and follow it until it dead ends onto National Road (US 40). Turn left. Northmont Stadium is about a mile on your left.
