Traci Williams (Director) - This is Traci's 3rd year as director, 8th year on the Northmont staff, and 12th year as a part of the Northmont family. She went to Northmont High School graduating in 2000. After high school she went on to march in the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, Boston Crusaders Drum and Bugle Corps, and the Pride of Cincinnati Winterguard. She is currently attending Wright State University working for a Degree in Mathematics education. |

| Tommy Allen (Designer)- This is Tommy's 3nd year with Northmont. This year Tommy will be writing staging along with choreography. He went to Lawrence Central High School and marched in the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps and the Pride of Cincinnati Winterguard. Along with Northmont, he is currently teaching Lawrence Central and The Northern Academy of Performing Arts. He is currently attending the Illinois Institute of Arts working on a degree in fashion marketing. | |
| Daniel Riley (Designer)- Daniel will be joining Northmont for his 10th season. Daniel is the former director of Northmont and is currently the director of Stoneman Douglas. He has marched in the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, Adagio Winterguard, and Blast. He has taught at several places such as The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, Braddock World, the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps. He is currently living in Ft. Lauderdale trying to get involved in Real Estate. | |
| Johnny Amos (Designer)- This is Johnny's 5th year as the Movement choreographer with Northmont. Johnny has marched in the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps, the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, and State Street Review Winterguard. Along with Northmont he teaches the Pride of Cincinnati, Centerville High School, Braddock World and Open, Ft. Mill High School, Norwalk High School, and several other schools around the country. | |
| Jessi Yantis (Tech)- This is Jessi's 4rd year teaching Northmont's High school guard. She has been the director of the Northmont Jrs. for 8 years. She graduated from Northmont High School in 2001. After high school she marched Crown Winterguard, Onyx Winterguard, and Carroll Independent. Along with teaching Northmont she co-directs Zydeco Winterguard and teaches Centerville High School. She is currently working at Fred J. Miller, Inc. as a Lycra Specialist. | |
| Melissa Greier (Tech)- Melissa will be teaching for her 4rd year with Northmont. She graduated from Northmont High School in 2004. She has marched in the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps and the Pride of Cincinnati Winterguard. She gives private lessons at Northmont and works at Buffalo Wild Wings. She is currently going to Sinclair Community College working on a degree in radiology. | |
| Rebecca Fieler (Tech)- This will be Rebecca's 3nd year with Northmont. She has marched in the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps, Crown Winterguard, and the Pride of Cincinnati Winterguard. She currently has her license in cosmetology and bar tending. She lives in Cincinnati. | |
